SAPHAL features five core modules which form the basic building blocks of healthy relationships: understanding the developing brain, emotion regulation, self-compassion, boundaries & praise and apology.

SAPHAL also offers two special modules on teen dating violence and sex education. You can learn the essence of each module through our Parenting podcast Koshish, which offers an episode for each module. We also offer interactive learning workshops throughout the year for deeper learning.
